If Kaddafi manages to push the rebels back, this will be the end of the revolutionary movement in the Muslim world. It's either a HUGE opportunity missed, or a potential extremist takeover averted - pick your side here.

I don't like what Obama did one bit - throwing Mubarak to the dogs and refraining from involvement - but I don't feel he had any other option either. So in this case, the cautious, weak approach by USA actually worked in its favor. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

There is and has been civil unrest in many countries, and many countries are brutal dictatorships. It's sad, but it's not our job to go in and bring democracy to the world. Would you have us go into Somalia? North Korea? Should we have gone into Egypt? I'm curious as to what your boundaries are for entering into uprisings around the world and how you'd go about paying for those wars.

Pretty sure those countries listed are not bombing civilians on a regular basis.

We are talking about a no fly zone, not a full on invasion.

Controlling the air space of a soverign nation is something I'd consider an act of war. What exactly are your parameters for involvement? North Korea isn't bombing its civilians, but it locks them away in concentration camps for what are essentially thought crimes. Where's the line?

I think we should let the Libyans earn democracy. It will be painful, and many innocent people will die, but it's not our place to interfere.

The United States was once the beacon of freedom in the world.

Now we are too big of pussies to stand up for what we believe in.

Obama is going to sit on his hands like he did with Iran while these people are slaughtered.

By the time these ass clowns get their act together it will be too late.

It is despicable.

What? It's not our business. We didn't get involved in Sudan either. I'm a big fan of military interventionism when our interests are at stake, but they're not at stake in Libya. It doesn't matter who runs Libya, it doesn't matter if every single person in Libya dies. It has virtually no impact on the US.
