The US's top level groups are not even known publicly, lol.

No army worldwide is as well trained or equiped as the US, special forces included, based in large part to the huge pool of potential members already enlisted to choose from coupled with superior technology and training.
How many special forces operatives died during the Lynch recovery?

I would put ANY of the CIA's special forces groups against ANY publicly known EU "elite" group.
