Ironically, my uncle owns a 600 seat chinese restaurant and yet he's not chinese. Their dim sum is pretty good too.

Let me guess. The place was originally an ornate, even palatial Italian restaurant with several rooms, including a banquet hall. AmIrite?

ITT: people who don't know shit about food using the word authentic like it has meaning when it comes to cuisine. Go back to reviewing things on Yelp.

the chicken curry pizza would of made me stay. For scientific reasons

That actually sounds pretty damn good. Did they have Tandoori Chicken Pizza and Tikka Masala Pizza as well?

Put that on a Naan like Crust, and it would be pretty damn awesome.

There are many cultures represented in Huntsville, AL - especially considering it's smallish size for a city (~180k).

There is something called a "Happy Burger" that's available from a place called "The Little Diner" that's run by Koreans. The Happy Burger was voted best in Huntsville and I had to try it myself to test it, and it lived up to it's name. You can get it with Kimchi or have it on the side.

Great stuff. Apparently the Koreans know how to make a great burger.

I would probably raise an eyebrow if I saw a pho place ran by 3 black guys. But that's just the mild prejudice in me showing. If the food is good, who cares?

I'll second that! Maybe they slipped in a little MSG or something, but the best burger I've had (except my dad's homemade!) was from an asian restaurant. Not sure why I didn't order the usual asian fare... I was craving a burger, it was on the menu, and man did it deliver!
