Ethernet adapter jacks?

I am setting up a home network and I have the wires running through the wall. Is there a place that sells ethernet adapter jacks? So I can just plug in the ethernet cable into the jack and be connected to the network?

They're called Keystone Jacks and are sold all over the web. Just plug the term in to Google.
