Its been released in ti4200 and 4600 flavours. the ti4200 has higher clocked gpu (270) and memory (500-5150) for the 128mb version.

 I can't rem where exactly but I'd heard MX440 will get a huge boost in from NV18's 8X with def clcoks of 275/520 instead of the std 270/400. As for NV28's 4200 version I believe (and nVidia's 8GB/s would confirm) that it's simply a matter of the 4200-128MB getting standard clocks of 250/500 which would guarantee 4.0ns but 3.6ns would be more likely as found on the 4200-64 cards ... this would mean a likely o/c of 300/600 instead of 300/550 or for the odd 4200-128 with 4.5ns RAM 300/470! Of course AGP8x will do nothing except make the cards sound a lot nicer but the higher default clocks are excellent!

;) I'd estimate NV18 and NV28 should be widely available Nov, if you can wait 4 weeks it is likely to be worth it!
