ETA on DOD and how much space

went to the back up game box and i have everything its comes to 7638mb. How much you guys predict DOD:source would be and the ETA?


i'll say another 3 gigs. and i will give it 4-5 months.

plz post any sites with etas

3 gigs? I think CS Source is 450 mb's, so I assume DoD will be just a bit more as the maps are more detailed, etc.

CS:S is 840mb.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't even think HL2 was 3 gigs. I highly doubt that DOD Source will be large than HL2 itself.

According to steam, HL2 was smaller than CS:S by 2mbs. Go figure.

That's because Steam isn't counting the files shared between all source games as being part of either. If you use the "backup game files" option, HL2 is 3363MB, CS:S is 3368MB, and both together are 4206MB.

But it does still mean DoD won't be 3 gigs, it'll probably share files too. Only way to get DoD is if you have hl2.
