ETA for Asus EN7900GT TOP Silent?

Considering the tiny heatsink on the stock reference design for the 7900GT, a silent design similar to Asus' EN7800GT TOP Silent should be an easy and quickly released offering.

That would easily be my next GPU purchase if it was offered for $325-350 or less and similar to the 7800GT, overclocked and - better than the 7800 version - still running fairly cool.

hmm...asus' offering are usually ridiculously expensive

i think getting a aftermarket cooler yourself would be a cheaper way to go =)

Yeah, you're probably right.

I just like the idea of buying it with the work already taken care of... You're right it'll probably be too expensive. They were trying to sell their 7800GT for $400 when others were $300.

I wish there was more info out already about alternatively cooled 7900GT, 7900GTX, and X1900XTs.
