At a minimum you need to pull dents out of 2 panels,
do some body filler, sand both panels, paint, buff.

I would say, since it does not seem like new parts are
needed, somewhere around $500 or so depending on
what state you are in.

Would help to know what kind of car it is. For reference, someone lightly rear ended our BMW Z3 before we sold it last year and the result was 1 scratch and 1 very small, dime sized impression. To get that fixed cost the guy $1200, and that was just for body fill and repaint.
