Hey guys what BF% do you think I'm at? I'm about 171 pounds:

Alright sounds good - I'll try and get it check out with a more accurate measurement.

Caliper assessment can be really cheap or free at a gym. It's not that accurate, unless you have a highly trained individual doing it. Things like hydrostatic weighing (dunk test) and the bodpod tend to cost a little bit, unless you're enrolled in a university and can get it done in a class. The dunk test used to be the gold standard so it's not bad. DXA scan is the most accurate, but they're like $300-600 if I remember correctly.

i got tested a few weeks through BodyFatTest.com, only 49 bucks and retests are 40. Gave a nice breakdown of various things and some advice on cutting or adding calories depending on goals.

I hite 11.6% but i dont have visual abs which i fully understand is a function of a lot of things .. genes, muscle mass and other items.

If you are under 12% with no visual abs, it's mostly a function of being skinny and weak, or the result you got is inaccurate.
