What a psycho. It is only a matter of time until he is up on murder charges. I find him a sad character, actually, in that he really seems like a loosely-wound, not especially bright mental patient with a massive physique and a seemingly infinite number of hangers-on anxious to take advantage of him.
 
I've known a couple of mental patients (Vietnam burn outs) and they could kick your a$$, but most of them didn't mind if you called them crazy. In fact, they liked to call themselves crazy. It gave them an excuse to run away from their problems. I doubt Mike would knock you out just because you called him crazy. He might knock you out if you looked at him the wrong way though.
