In Mexico, in everyday conversation, if you say a girl is "hot" caliente, that means she is horny.....

The same meaning by the term"hot" as used in those sentences, could be given by several words, but the closest are:
"mamacita" (it means little mommy, but everyone knows that its slang meaning is hot babe....),
"buena" (it means good)
"reina" (queen) or
"chula (beautiful).

I would say the closest 2 are "mamacita" and "buena"

So, it should be "Las chicas latinas ESTAN muy mamacitas..." OR "Las chicvas latinas ESTAN muy buenas....."
