how long since windows update?
what kind of firewall you running?

about 3 weeks or so, but I have automatic updating turned on, didnt notifty me of anything..

Windows firewall, im behind a router
 
Apparently you guys suck at the internet. I use IE at home and I don't get spyware very often at all. WHen I do Adaware and SPybot always remove it but usually it's jsut cookies they remove.
