I have a litte problem when trying to change settings in win 98. I can't change any settings at all! I first noticed it when I was trying to change my internet settings in IE (higher security settings), and I get this nice errormessage. This also happends when i for example try to change the order I sort the folders and files in the explorer...
I use the swedish version of win 98 so the message is in swedish:
"Åtgärden har avbrutits på grund av effektbegränsningar på denna datorn. kontakta
systemadministratören."
(very) roughly translated:
"The request has been aborted due to recource-limitations(?) on this computer. Contact the system administrator."
Does anyone know what causes this message, and what can I do about it?
