Error when running 3DMark03

Trying to benchmark my machine (see signature) with 3DMark03 and while the program is benchmarking my PC it abruptly exits and leaves me with the error in the topic summary. This is a fresh install of 3DMark03 and I got this error both the first and second time I tried to run the benchmark. Any ideas? Also, I am overclocked to 2.2 ghz.
