Error: Unable to dump physical Memory

Hello,

Sometime last week, my PC started reporting this error. After the PC runs for approximately 60-65 minutes, the PC will either freeze, blue screen (then end up unable to dump physical memory), or start shutting down individual programs due to lack of memory before crashing. The 60-65 minute period before error occurs is consistent. I am able to run the PC perfectly during the 60-65 minute window.

I ran a memtest, and I do not believe the issue is with the memory itself. I am having trouble figuring out whether the error is a result of a problem with the OS or the MoBo (or maybe something else entirely?). Is there a way I can go about testing this?

I have been using this PC for about 15 month now without any prior issues.

Thank you,

Usually that's a motherboard or HDD problem. If you are using a regular HDD, run its diagnostic tools on it. If an SSD, I'm not really sure, unless it's an OCZ, especially an Agility or Vertex 2 or 3.
