ERROR message when clicking a link!!

After some help. Just recently I get the following nessage when clicking on links from my e-mail (outlook). "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". Also when clinking on links in MSN messenger I get nothing. I'm assuming that the restriction will be something in a security setting somewhere, but don't know where. Can someone please help me out.

What did you change in the local security policy? Did you set a Software Restriction to not allow IE to run? Can you just open IE and paste the link in and it will work?
