ERROR MESSAGE IN WIN2K PRO

Hey Guys,

I recently experienced "blue Screen" nightmare in my win2k pro. I was in the middle of running a program when that "tragedy" happened.

The error message is as follow:

STOP: 0x000000d1 (0x3B9ACA10, 0x00000002, 0x0000000, 0xBFE166DF)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

ADDRESS BFE166DF BASE AT BFD7C000, DATE STAMP 3DD96F72_NV4_MINI.SYS

BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY.

What do you guys think happen that cause this problem?

I've read a couple threads in this FORUM, and I know there are a few reasons, such driver issues, overclocking issue etc.
FYI, I don't OC my computer, so I guess it is a software issue. Am I missing anything? is there a way to solve this problem?

Thanks again for your help guys.

Could also be bad RAM. Try testing it with memtest, or swapping sticks (if you have more than one or an extra) and see if your error persists,

Looks like you have a problem with the Nvidia display driver. NV4_MINI.SYS is a Nvidia driver. Try getting updated drivers or reinstalling the ones you have now.
