I can't install a update.

I see a error message.

It's a update for 4k hard drive.

What is a 4k hard drive ?

I have 2 hard drives.

SSD M4 128

Seagate 7200 64 1tb

Is it important to important to install this update ?

Did you try the link that I posted above? It has contains a solution from Microsoft for the specific error that you are receiving with Windows Update (800B0100).

Regardless of whether or not you have a hard drive with physical 4k sectors, I would want to get the update installed so that you don't constantly have an error when Windows Update runs.

I have installed the Update.

I used a restore point before this update.

I have got a problem with my USB ports.

Why this update can caused a problem with USB ports ?
