Not sure what is going on here but i just tried to look at my error logs via control panel>performance and maintenance> administrative tools>computer management due to some programs that randomly shut down but i am getting an error when trying to view them

can someone explain please?
 
A built in Vista feature. I get a similar message with software that doesn't work on my Vista install. I boot to windows XP and delete from there.
