Error Loading OS

System is about 5 yr old Shuttle sn85g socket 754 system

I thought it was problem with boot.ini but after couple reinstalls I figured it might be hardware issue.

So far I'm suspecting CPU and or mobo because ram has been replaced not too long ago.

I need to buy parts to check so it would be great if I know what part is causing trouble before I go to ebay and purchase.

Any one with similar experience, please chime in!

Please list full system specs, and a description of the problem. Start by running Memtest to rule out RAM and CPU
