Can someone please explain me why does AT Forums scripts are give an Invalid Character
error at line 1 char 7 on every page I try to access??

Using either IE 4.x or 5.x or even those dreaded kiosk access sites?

I don't believe is that Zuni,

Since now I'm working on a regular PC with IE4 and every ATF page I load get an error message!

Could be a rogue ad on the forums. It's not the forums theselves thorn, I am browsing them just fine, as are thousands of others.

Millions? 😉

Think I've come across this problem before and I've never been able to come up with a good reason for it, nor how to fix it. So you get this same error at everyplace you browse from?

Woops, I mean't thousands. 2-3000 on at a time

I'm fairly certain its an ad doing it, as line 1 is ads forum code hasn't even started yet at that point.

Well, if you turn debugging on in IE5.x you'll get it also...

But with IE4 and every browser at the library computers who
use a site kiosk to control access get them all the time....
