Error in Win2k Server -- HELP!

I cant boot into Win2K Server I get this message

"LSASS.EXE
Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error: Directory Service cannot start. Error Status: 0xc00002e1
Please click OK to shutdown this system and reboot into Directory Services Restore Mode, check event log for more details."

I dont have a backup of the Active Directory, someone tell me if there is anything I can do other than to reinstall Windows.

Go to http://support.microsoft.com and search the KB on "lsass" and "directory service cannot start."

I got several hits that might lead you in the right direction.

Phew looks like I found the easy fix

Dumb bitch teacher probably messed around with directory permissions.
