Error during Nero installation

I always get this error when I try to install any recent version of Nero:

An error has occurred during the copy process (file name: MSVCRT.dll).
Error: 2
Please reboot your computer and retry.

I've tried getting a new MSVCRT.dll, that didn't work. I've tried rebooting of course. What could be causing it?
