Error accessing ntdll.dll using Tmpgenc

i have done a LOT to try to figure this out, but i have no idea...

i've tried replacing ntdll.dll, updating windows xp w/ the security patch, reinstalling tmpgenc w/ newer versions, nothing. there is no concrete solution to this. anyone w/ any idea?
