Error 43

I had duel cards and this ones the only one not working. Anyone had this problem before?

PC Specs:
Lenovo IdeaPad Y500
Windows 8.1
Proc: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
System Type: 64 bit Operating Sytem, x64 based processor


They only thing I updated recently was windows 8 to 8.1 but idk how long its been like that or if im even using the second card.

EDIT: K so i re-installed the driver and no error 43 message. I go to restart and its back. Would the error message be present if the card is not in use? I have duel GT 750Ms and no SLI Bridge it seems cause i go into Nivdia control panel and under 3d settings where the SLI option is suppose to be and I dont see it.

EDIT: Someone mentioned that my ultrabay might be broken?

In some Case, an outdated BIOS could be causing a specific issue with a device that is causing it to report an issue to Windows - thus the Code 43 error.is your bios up to date
