ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS issue

On my work PC, forums is giving this error but on remote desktop to our Azure instance, it's working fine. Both are in the UAE region. What's going on?

Nope. It was working yesterday.

And now it's working. Maybe something to do with an admin waking up in morning, looking at the logs and going, OOPS! and fixing whatever was wrong?

It's happening again. Could this be a firewall issue? My office has a Sophos device. But curious why it isn't affecting anything else?
