Pimpin'! :thumbsup::cool:

You need to drop it down though. Shouldn't take you but half an hour to lower it a notch. And tell me you've done a little under the deck lid to go along with all that gorgeous California stylin'...

I have a new front end to drop it. The engine is a stock SINGLE PORT!!!! I wanna keep the engine stock and probably sell it to someone that might want a good stock single port and get maybe a mild 1914 since I don't need a quick car, that's what I have the SRT for. I want keep the bug as my cruiser and im getting a new paintjob for it.

Mine

Just bought it, those are the pics from the ad that are still up. 2003 Cobra in MG (Mineral Gray) this one is a coupe and all stock.

The DSG (Dark Shadow Grey) convertible I've had for a while is the one with all the goodies and it's parked at the shop. I'm swapping off all the stuff I want to keep for the coupe back to stock and selling the convertible with any mods I want to do differently on the coupe. The 2.4 Kenne Bell stays, I'm going to a 2.8H or Hellion turbo this time. Goal is 800+ RWHP and 800+ RWTQ on a 24/7 pump gas tune. It will probably take a VT 324 and turbo to get that with 91 octane.

Maybe 1000 RWHP on race gas, but I don't really like when people make big numbers on a dyno with race gas and no cats just to show off knowing full well they have to nerf it for driving on the street with pump gas.

For those with keen eyes, yes the cobras on the fenders are backwards. A factory screw up that makes it even more rare than it already is with 302 made in this color. Mistakes happen when things are done by hand ;) I agree with someone elses comments, that they are just facing the correct direction to keep an eye on the competition. :D</end quote></div>

Your Cobras are on backwards.

Woops just read your post
It happened because one person is responsible for badging on each side of the vehicle, and a wrong badge got put in the right pile.

It does not make it rarer though. Take a blow dryer, heat it off, and put it forward. :)

Been thinking about it, but I kinda like the fangs reaching back to bite the competition as I pass by

I was concerned about it at first but apparently a few guys at svtperformance.com have seen it many times. First I've seen it. I was so paranoid, checking the VIN, the SVT build info, etc. to make sure it wasn't a mocked up GT heh.

It's #50 of 8394, has about 38k miles on it, no head issues, all plugs are factory and have a nice tan/orange color with no spots or junk, not a single stain or wet spot under it. If the oil was any cleaner it might as well be water in the sump.

Almost a shame to mod it, but that first bolt is always the hardest...

First things first though is the LDC mod and then MMR IRS bolts and 10.5" rubber on the back... forgot how these things hop and can't hook for s**t stock.

SRT4s are cool. Nothing like $15g for a stock car that can burn most others. Who says Americans can't make power without a V8

Got the Stage 3 Mopar kit yet or planning on it?

I saw one about a year ago that had all the SRT4 identifiers deleted (you could see the shaved down SRT4 on the rear barely if you were stopped behind it at a light) and it had a license plate frame that said "Don't be scared, it's only a Neon!"

lol
I bet the BOV gave it away, though. Those things also have a pretty much straight-thru exhaust, don't they? I was behind one that looked completely stock a couple days ago, and it growled at low throttle, and snarled at higher speeds. Sounded nice for a 4-cyl.

But it's still just a Neon ;)

Of course, this is what it looks like up close after 8 years of driving on highways infested with rock-flinging trucks:

I'm getting a clear bra on my next car for sure.

yeah, its a beater right now, and no those fart pipes arent from me(i FUCKIN hate those things), im planning on repainting it a full black, no body kits, the only addon im going to do, is the GTU/TurboII rear fin, its nothing big and it looks gooooood on it. currently stock with the 6 port 13B engine, i plan on swapping the motor to a TurboII Series 4 motor(which is mine, series 5 requires alot of additional work to swap in) rebuilt of course, and pushing out 300whp daily driver reliably, currently has no rear interior, but i wont need that when i install the roll cage into it. this is gonna be a pretty mean car when i get done with it(i expect on spending roughly 10-17k easily on it, and before you say it, yeah i could get a fd for the price, but it wouldnt be tuned to the level i plan on going to). and zoiks, lol i like your sig, but that really really doesnt apply to me(i dont expect 50mpg, im lucky to get 15 on a good day lol.)

edit: made em links instead of image links. the previous owner though it would be a good idea to mis match paint colors, and never get the thing actually painted, i guess he liked the beater spray paint look, i dont. im also in iraq, so i'll have the money when i get back(not gonna blow it all on the car, gotta get me a harley too :) )

i just bought my 3 hatchback yesterday, i will post pics later tonight. Anyone know how to tell the difference between the level trims just by looking at the exterior?
