Erdogan's thugs rough up journalists - in America!

They are just doing what they are accustomed to doing. It's increasingly clear that Turkey is descending into an authoritarian shithole, and they have themselves to blame.

When I first heard about it I was surprised the guards were still alive - would think both armed citizens\journalists\PD would be all over them. Either they play by your rules or they GTFO.

You think a proper reaction would be to pull out guns and kill them?

Really?

Really?

Well, that depends on the situation. I know that if someone assaults me and I am armed, then yes, I will use whatever means necessary to defend myself, including shooting the assailant.

In order to not offend anyone they looked at videos of what was normal in US politics first. Unfortunately they watched videos of Trump.

Isn't that the American way? 😛
You can also order them to lie down and arrest them - then deport them once their dear leader is back on the plane.
Erduan has proved he doesn't care about freedom so I have little sympathy for him and his yes-men.

A Foreign Policy reporter and others holding cameras outside the event were also scolded by Turkish security and told to stop filming even though they were standing on a public sidewalk. One cameraman was chased across the street by Turkish guards before a police officer stopped the guards from chasing him.

wtf?

Hey asshats you are not in Turkey.
