How can there be equal rights for all when some people are legislators, one is an executive, and most aren't? I was wondering, because being a legislator or an executive isn't an inherent right. Isn't it a special privilege?
How do you get equal rights for all with a centralized govt?
Equal rights are desirable, but the State prohibits equal rights for all. Some say a balance can and should be achieved, but I just don't think the State can do it.
The State always favors the elite, IMO, and that was Hamilton's intention with the Constitution.
