Does anyone happen to have a valid CD-Key/account that I could have or buy for pretty cheap? I purchased a copy of the collectors on eBay and the key has been used 🙁

This is against SOE's ToS, in bad taste and likely against forum rules as well. That sucks, I'm no ebay guru (though there are plenty on AT), but my suggestion would be to report the seller.
 
yea if i bought a game on ebay as new and the guy had used the cd key i'd be pissed... might wanna look into that.
