ePSXe is out.

Oh nifty. Time to hit up blockbuster and rent some games... But it seems my favorite game, Gran Turismo 2, doesn't work with it. Oh well.

Speaking of PlayStation, I saw the PS0 or whatever it's called yesterday. It's tiny!

Very cool, if you ask me, & still only $99.

Viper GTS

Viper it's called the Playstaion One 🙂 The cool thing about it is that later this year or maybe it was sometime next year they are releasing a LCD screen for it so you can take it around with you. Another thing it will be able to hook up with cell phones and stuff not quite sure how that works I remember reading it somewhere. 🙂

Although not free, I must say that the Connectix Virtual Game Station is the Playstation emulator that have impressed me most.
I've played both GT2 and Tekken 3 quite a lot using it, and no problems whatsoever. I've also tried Bleem, and while the option of using filtering/higher res, etc. makes the games look better it's FAR more buggy, Tekken 3 ran like utter cr@p (although rather nice-looking cr@p 🙂)

Anyway, there is a demo version of VGS you can download, no timelimit or such, works great. It has some features disabled (no memcard support etc.) but still, if you want to run PSX games it's sure worth a try.
