look up item #449277

this all-in-one inkjet printer normally goes for $149
elsewhere, already at $99 at Staples. add rubber bands
for $0.26 (# PLY12381) to make over $100...use $30 off
$100 coupon...total hits $70 + local tax, free shipping.

check out the reviews on this thing, pretty good!

(i tried adding the attache too, but the CSRs are pretty
anal now...must spend $200 minimum to use 2 coupons according
to the one i talked to, maybe if you're lucky you can get
one, worth a try (item#440988 code#88896)

dman6666....if you go to staples.com and look for the Canon Multipass machine, it scans, copies and has a fax. I believe it's $169.99. There's a $70 rebate for this (but today is the last day for the rebate to be effective i think). I tried to download the rebate form from staples but it's not working but if you look under Canon in their rebate site it is listed and says purchases must be made by 1/27/01. You can also use a $30 off coupon when placing the order. So it comes to around 69.99 + tax and free shipping. i'm going to order one i think, but want to be sure i can somehow get the rebate form before i do...vroom

the canon multipass is a tradeoff to the epson.
the resolution of printing with the canon is
substantially LOWER than that of the epson.
however, you get the fax capability. see, i already
got the $25 sharp FAX from staples last month,
so i just needed everything else.
