A few other printers like 880, 900, etc, are no more than $20 more expensive, and may even be much cheaper. I didn't check the specs, but I doubt this is a hot deal.
 
This is the 6 color photo printer.
The 900 is 4 color. I love "photo" printers, not photo capable printers. This is a good deal if looking for the latest "photo" printer
 
In fact, a super deal on this printer should be real soon at Staples... saw the 780 advertised in sunday's paper, but it still isn't on staples.com yet. When it becomes available online, you can add $.02 purchase to printer $199.98, use a $40 off $200 coupon plus the $50 MIR , shipped free + tax and you'll be in the $110 + tax range. May just buy me another one for fun at that price! I had an 870 model before and this 780 is 2880 instead of 1440dpi without the roll printing feature.

Has anyone used this printer? I have a 700 photo that I think I broke last night -- while trying to fix a minor banding issue (MAN I AM SUCH AN IDIOT !!!!!!)

I have looked for reviews of this printer for a while and I can't find any?

A quick poll? LEXMARK, EPSON, or HP for the best overall printer?

 
I wish it was online... I have only seen it at the B&M stores. Maybe thats amd indicator that it will be online soon......
