Hey guys
One of my clients has got 3 LX-300+'s that they use daily. Only recently has the one 1 printer started to give problems in that after let's say 10-15 pages printed, all the front panel lights flash and it gives off a squeaky, high-pitched whine. Only course of action then is to switch off the unit and wait a while (usually 15-20 minutes), before it'll work again (but even then, it doesn't always come right).
I've checked that the drivers are okay, and that there's nothing wrong with the printer cable, but the problem still persists. It might also be worth mentioning that the printer in question hasn't been serviced in at least 2-3 years...
Should I just tell the client that the printer's in dire need of a service?
