Well apparently my Epox 8RDA6+ is dead, as ive tried everything I can think of and posted my problem on several message boards, and still have not found a solution. So since its still under warranty, I decided to RMA it to Epox.

On Epox's support site, you have to register your product w/ serial #, your name & email address, etc. before you can contact support & request an RMA. So i filled out all the info to register... I was not asked to set a password during the registration, and they did not send me one via e-mail. And now they are asking for a login password to sign in... wtf.

I went through the lost-password deal, where they send your password to your email. And it says that they sent it, but i recieve nothing. And Ive gone through this whole process twice, w/ 2 different email addresses to make sure it wasnt something i did wrong.

I cant request an RMA until i can log in... I cant even contact customer support as far as i can tell... What the hell do i do now? Has anyone dealt with Epox RMAs before??

Here is their support site - http://www.epox.com/USA/support.asp
Please help, i need this system running again ASAP.

I had capacitors leak on my 8RDA+ and so I had to send it to them and the RMA process was pretty painless - though I had to make do without a pc for a month and pay for shipping it to them. But they did repair it, not replace, within two weeks.

Their website does have a an address & phone # :

531 East Jamie Ave
La Habra, CA 90631 U.S.A
Sales: 714-680-0898
Facsimile: 714-680-0858
