EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra

I've been looking for a great A64 borad to replace my Asus A8V and I want go elsewhere since i've been using Asus borads since my first T-Bird 1200.

I saw the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra. This looks like a nice stable and performant board with good overclocker abilities.

What do you think of this board? Worth the money or go elsewhere?
