Epox EP-8KTA+ or EP-8KTA3 for budget system?

Which mobo would be a better buy? I'm planning on using a T-bird 750-850MHz 200FSB right now. Price is my main concern but upgradability is important too. How much of a realistic performance increase would I see going from 750-850MHz 200FSB to a 1+GHz 266FSB a few months down the line? Is it worth the extra $20 to get a 8KTA3 (I'm on a limited budget)? Also, how much cheaper do you think the 8KTA3 will be next month as the DDR mobos become more prevalent?

Here is a post I, er, posted at DVDTalk:

---------------------------------------------
I'm considering building a budget system, but with the price of main components so low I'm wondering if I should wait a couple months and build a serious rig. Here are the issues I'm thinking about:

1) Should I get an Via KT133/A-based SDR mobo (ones I'm considering are Epox 8KTA+, 8KTA3, and MSI K7T Turbo) or a DDR mobo (Epox 8K7A)? Price between them is ~$40. Also, are DDR RAM prices going to go way up in the next few months?

2) If I go SDR, should I go KT133 or KT133A? If DDR is going to take over in a few months, would spending ~$20 extra for the KT133A not matter since both chipsets would be obsolete anyway? How much of a real-world performance increase is there from 200FSB to 266FSB?

3) Are T-bird prices going to continue to fall as they have been?

If I started building right now, here's what I would use:
Athlon T-bird 750MHz 200FSB OEM ~$60
Epox 8KTA+ ~$83
SuperCool Socket A ball-bearing fan/HS ~$10
Crucial 256MB PC133 SDRAM ~$60
Enlight 7237/300W case/PS ~$70
Radeon LE ~$78
CD-RW/DVD/HDD/sound card from current system

Any thoughts? Thanks
