EPOX EP-8K7A vs. Shuttle AK31a

the ak31a is 13 dollars cheaper. i cannot decide which to buy from newegg. i am on a tight budget and am going to only do minor overclocking. which would you recommend? (btw, going to purchase an athlon xp1700 oem from newegg also)
 
Newegg has the 8K7A at $70 and the AK31 at $76, so I'm sure how you're getting your price difference.

Anyway, I would go with the Shuttle because of the fact that it's a KT266A board and will probably outperform the Epox which is an AMD 761 board.
