I can't vouch for this particular mainboard, but I bought a cheapo $30 DFI refurb from Newegg and it came with two UDMA 66 cables, floppy cable and a photocopy of the basic setup manual. Just keep in mind that Newegg specifically says no cables. I was pleasantly surprised by the IDE 66 cables. I have also bought three different refurb video cards and these all had the latest drivers on CDR disks. Needless to say, I am pleased with Newegg's attention to detail and also going beyond what the website says. Your milage may vary.
