Has anybody had to deal with Epox service? I'm fairly sure that my motherboard is broken, and I bought it at TigerDirect (so Epox takes the warranty over after 30 days). I don't think I have the invoice/receipt here (I'm at college, the papers are likely at home or maybe destroyed), and since I'm at college, I can't go much longer without my computer. How long do you think it will take?

If you RMA through Epox direct it will take at least a month to get a new board. Most likely about 6 weeks.

You might want to just buy a new board. RMA the broken one and sell it on eBay or FS/FT once it gets fixed.

Dam, 4 to 6 weeks? I would do what LostHiWay says but slightyly different, buy a new board from another vendor if possible, after you get it, swap the good with the bad, RMA back to the store get new board and sell it. You'll get the turn around a little faster than 4-6 weeks.
