ePox 9NPA+ Ultra or MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum?

I'm setting up a first-time rig with an Athlon64 3500+, 1GB RAM, PCIe video, and a SATA 3Gb/s HD. Anyhow, my 2 finalists are the ePox 9NPA+Ultra and the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum. Which would you recommend?
 
EPox has a very good reputation right now. They acually make very good quality motherboards, so im guessing they are the way to go.
 
Epox easy. Id personaly never touch an MSI. 🙂

My epox is rock stable with an Oc'd opteron. Great cheap board.
 
Absolutely the Epox. There are so many horror stories with that particular MSI. The 9NPA is one of the most stable, trouble-free boards out there.

And if you plan to overclock, I'll just point out that I hit 370 HTT with no case fans.
