I like mine a lot. If you're overclocking with SATA hard drives use SATA ports 1 and 2 (near the AGP slot) because those are the only locked ports. Also, you can probably unplug the chipset fan without any issues (I unplugged mine and it's running at 280 HTT stable, heatsink is cool but I have a front 120mm fan blowing over it). The ATX power cable plug is in kind of an awkward spot but you can keep it out of the way if you plan a bit. Also, the OCZ DDR Booster is NOT compatible with this board, so don't even try it if you were thinking of it. If there are any other questions you might have I'll gladly answer them. :)

I was a bit concerned when I read the only two locked sata ports were next to the agp slot, so I dont know if Ill have room for this gfx card, but others seem to have done it somehow and still oc/d.

That's too bad, because those ports are in a horrible location depending on the video card installed.

Yep, my NV5 Silencer blocked them and I had to take it off. I'll sell it eventually and grab a Zalman as the BFG heatsink is loud even on 50%.

Yeah, I've got one as well.. Board works quite well, but my 133 memory divider doesn't work above 245FSB. All others work at all speeds, and 133 works below that. Odd. Other than that, fine board.
