My system won't boot all of a sudden and I'm getting this postcode 25 .... any idea what it means?
It says Reserved in the manual

It starts off at FF then C1 then a few more until it gets to 25.. and all I get is a siren from the motherboard

dead cpu?

Check the CPU fan. Ensure its set for full speed if its RPM varies. Reset the CMOS settings using the CMOS clear jumper. Retest.

I see you are using an ATI card. We just posted a recent FAQ in regards to the 9800.

http://www.epox.com/USA/article.asp?id=1634

Installing an ATI Radeon 9800 PRO AGP card causes POST code 26.
If after upgrading to the ATI Radeon 9800 PRO AGP card you no longer can boot the system and the POST LED shows 26 then conduct these steps:

1) Power off and install the original video card.
2) Power on and enter the CMOS.
3) Set the AGP frequency to 66MHz.
4) Disable AGP fastwrites.
5) Set Init Display First (primary display) to AGP/Onboard.
6) Save and exit.
7) Power off and reinstall the new ATI card.
