Epox 8RDA conflict?

I just had an 8RDA, did install new Windows XP but the system just keep freezing and restart by itself. It gave the error "video card is responsible for this unstability", "video card did not complete a drawing." I'm using ATI Radeon 7200 64mb ddr. Is this because the nforce2 is conflict with the ATI video card? But I don't have any problem when using the same setup with Epox 8K3A+! Can someone help!!!
