EPoX 8RDA+ 2 Memory Sticks - Which DIMM Slots?

I've got the EPoX 8RDA+ motherboard and two sticks of PC2700 256MB Crucial memory. From what I understand, I should place one stick in DIMM1 and one stick in either DIMM 2 or DIMM3 so that the memory runs in the faster 128-bit mode (placing both sticks in DIMM2 and DIMM3 would cause it to run in the slower 64-bit mode).

So the first stick goes in DIMM1. Is there any reason to prefer DIMM2 versus DIMM3 for the second stick? I mean should the sytem run with either DIMM populated equally well, or is one preferable over the other for some reason?

Thank You!

Shouldn't matter. Either one is fine as long as the other stick is in slot 1. The addendum to the manual (little piece of paper in the box) should indicate this.
