Epox 8kha+ won't recognize more than 1 stick of ram

I just bought 2 sticks of PNY 256 MB DDR (both Infineon chips and my computer won't recognize a 2nd or 3rd stick of ram in any slot configuration. I even took out the orginal piece of Hynix rami had adtred just the 2 sticks of PNY, still no go.

I have double/tripled check, my ram is seated properly. Is there a bios setting or something

Have you tried running each individual stick of the new PNY memory by itself? You say you tried just adding the 2 sticks of PNY w/o the original piece of memory that you had in there, but you didn't say if you had tried just each individual PNY stick itself.

Tried that too. Tried each PNY spearately, tried 1 Hynix 1 PNY (then swapped PNY), tried 2 PNY, tried all three sticks. Nothing. Very frustrating right now. Thanks for the help though. Anybody else.
