Epox 8kha+ reboots suddenly and frequently

After about the 20th. time this happened I began to notice a trend. This thing reboots everytime I scroll up/down quickly while on the internet using IE or Netscape. If I scroll real slow...annoying but no problem. Gaming? Works fine. Only happens on the internet and only while scrolling up or down. WTF? You're thinking mouse huh? Nope. I switched between USB optical to PS2 and even serial. Latest BIOS from epox (march 2002) and latest drivers for vid card, NIC, and sound.
Any ideas? Im going crazy walking on eggshells while on the internet.

System info:
Epox8kha+
WIN XP (all updates)
Athlon XP 1700 @ 2000 (currently back at 1700 until problem solved)
256M PC2100 Crucial
Thermaltake Volcano 7
Radeon 7200
SB live
Linksys WPC11 wireless PC card + PCMCIA Adapter card
Promise Fastrak 66 (3 40Gig drives in stripe array)
dvd, cdrw, ect.

what power supply?

also you may want to run a memory test memtest86

my first guess is that its one of those 2 things (power releated or memory related problems)

I have the same problem with an Epox 8KTA2, WinXP, 1GHZ Tbird and ATI 64MB VIVO. I get the nortorious infinite loop of death when I watch TV through VIVO and *scroll* on IE at the same time. I lock up and crash. I turned off reboot on error, otherwise I would have been rebooted also. Games, VIVO only and everything else works perfectly fine.
