Epox 8KHA Post code 26. Help!!

Help!!

Epox 8KHA, Duron 800
Crucial DDR PC2100 256MB
ASUS V6600
etc.

I put this together last night.
The MB powers up, but halts with post code 26
MB manual says 26 is reserved.

There was not display on the monitor,
There did not appear to be any HD seeks either.

Please help.
