I currently have a system running a Epox 8KHA+ with 512k of ram amd 2200, I was wondering if there was any reason to upgrade the MOBO for a noticeable gain preformance. Over clocking is noyt an issue but sablity is. If anyone has and suggestions it would be great.

Thanks for your time and effort in advance

NP...If you have cash to burn then look for other areas to increase performance...(ie. Vid card, HD, CPU) or if you are into OCing ... better RAM, Cooling

Replace a stable mb! NO

I have one of these as well, great for me. I replaced an 8k7a with this for little gain but will just update the cpu periodically for now.

You could put some money into ram, hd or video if you think thats lagging.

Don`t you mean the replace the best KT266A board available ;).I agree with LED,plus I happen to own an Epox 8KHA+ as well, not worth upgrading at the moment IMHO not until the clawhammer gets here :D .

Another thumbs-up for the 8KHA+ being run in my main rig... the board is a rock solid stud, unless you get an incredible deal on a Nforce2, i'd stick with it.
