Epox 8kha+ beeps and c1 won't post?

I installed my xp in the epox and i just get a beep every 3 seconds and the post code is c1. I think it is the video card, because it is old and it plugs into the pci and not the agp. Anyone know how to fix this and if this is the case.

i had a epox 8k7a+ and when it beeped every 3 seconds on boot it was the memory. The memory i was using wasn't dead just not compatible with the board. Could be the memory id look up the code somewhere
